外商直接投资环境评估模型的构建

本文在论述投资环境对吸引外商直接投资的影响及重要性、分析国内外现有投资环境评估方法的基础上，探索与构建外商直接投资环境的评估模型．通过专家征询征集意见，对征询数据进行环境因素重要性分析筛选和因子分析（运用ＩＤＡＳ软件包），在此基础上提出了构建投资环境评估模型（包括７类１７项因素）的建议．

The Design of the Appraisal Model of Foreign Direct Investment Climate

With the deepening of reform and opening. it has been a very important task to lure foreign direct investment in our economic construction. And the investment climate is the determinant of luring foreign investment, It is the set of the external cause which decide investment benefit and safety. Raising the accuracy of the investment desicion; the appraisal of investment climate is to rule out the damage caused by the risks. By material gathering,experts inquiring and data processing, the author studies theoretically the content and appraisal model of investment climate.
