摘    要:为掌握贵阳地区自然气候条件下文心兰、蝴蝶兰试管苗出瓶移栽技术,通过对文心兰、蝴蝶兰试管苗炼苗时间和移栽基质进行比较研究,发现文心兰试管苗较蝴蝶兰试管苗容易移栽;文心兰炼苗20d,移栽成活率可达97.0%;蝴蝶兰炼苗40d,移栽成活率仅为73.0%;苔藓和腐殖土+蛭石2种基质均适合文心兰、蝴蝶兰试管苗移栽。

Abstract:In order to acquire transplanting techniques of tube-seedlings of Oncidium and Phalaenopsis in natural temperature conditions in Guiyang, a comparison study was carried out for the opportune time and optimum medium for transplantation. The results showed that it was easier for tube-seedlings of Oncidium to survive than that of Pha- laenopsis. The survival rate of tube-seedlings of Oncidium, for 20 days, was about 97.0%, while that of tube-seed- lings of Phalaenopsis, for 40 days, was only 73.0%. Moss and complex substrate (humus and vermiculite) were i- deal media for transplanting Oneidium and Phalaenopsis.
