| 摘 要： | 论述了HS-700型发动机活塞的工作特点，结合发动机活塞设计实例，论述了活塞裙部型面的设计原则和方法。在对HS-700型发动机活塞裙部型面深入研究的基础上进行了变椭圆截面设计。对比实验的结果表明，经过活塞裙部型面的优化设计，发动机动力性和经济性提高，同时其磨损、振动和噪声减小，且可靠性提高。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the working performances of HS-700 type gasoline engine. In combining with the real design example of engine piston, it discusses the design principle and method of the moulding plane of piston skirts. Based on a thorough study of moulding plane of piston skirt of HS-700 type gasoline engine, the design of variety ellipse section is made. The comparison experiment result shows that the power and economic performances of the engine can be further improved by optimal design of moulding plane of piston skirt. At the same time, Its wear and tear, vibration and noise are greatly reduced, and its reliability is improved. |
