| 摘 要： | 从体育、广电小系统到整个社会大系统，审视了影响国内体育赛事电视转播权经营开发的主、客观因素，科学探寻了问题背后的原因和症结，提出了有过渡性特征，有中国特色的体育赛事电视转播权经营开发的对策建议，以期为规范和推进国内赛事电视转播权的有序开发提供参考。

| Abstract: | The paper surveys the object and subject factors which intluent the management and development of the domestic business from perspective range of sports, the Tv broadcast system to the whole social system. In addition, it studies scientifically the reasons of the problems. The author puts forth the solutions and advices with Chinese characteristic, hoping to contribute to norm and push the development of domestic sports transmission industry as well as deepen the reform of sports career. |
