| 摘 要： | 物流企业为了达到一个理想的目标,必须找到一个正确的方法来管理业务。介绍了平衡记分卡(bal-ance scorecard)和量化方法(quantitative method)这两种有效的企业评价方法。通过比较,证明这两种方法都优于单一凭借财政来进行评价的传统方法。

| Abstract: | A logistics enterprise must find out a correct method to manage its business, if this corporation wants to get a perfect achievement. This passage introduces two methods to measure the performance of a logistics enterprise. One is "the balance scorecard"; the other is "quantitative method". Through a brief comparison, both of these two methods are better than simply using the financial situation to measure the logistics enterprise's performance. |
