含磷蠕墨铸铁对40Cr钢配副磨损特性的影响

摘    要:本文采用自制的干库擦磨损试验机,研究了与含磷蠕墨铸铁配对条件下40Cr钢的磨损特性.试验结果表明,40Cr钢的磨损率随摩擦速度与接触压力积的增加而提高,且在某一速度压力积范围内存在着突变现象;随着与其配对编墨铸铁磷含量的提高,40Cr钢的磨损率增大,磨损率产生突变的速度压力积减小;在基本相当的摩擦系数条件下,与含磷片墨铸铁相比,含磷蠕墨铸铁对40Cr钢所造成磨损的程度是较小的。

Abstract:The study is made on the wear characteristics of 40Cr steel in phosphorous C.G.iron/40Cr steel dry friction couple.The experimental results reveal that the increase in the sliding velocity or compressive stress causes the wear rate of 40Cr steel to enlarge,the increasing gradent gets its maximum value at a certain range of velocity-stress product.Under the cibdition of same friction coefficient,the wear loss caused by Phosphorous C.G.iron is less than that of by the phosphorous grey iron.
