摘    要:介绍非色谱GFP纯化方法——有机溶剂纯化法.该方法在短时间内(30min)即可获得大量较高纯度(91.7%),且荧光光谱特征不改变的GFP蛋白.纯化过程简单,无需昂贵的仪器和设备,适合绝大多数中小实验室使用.

Abstract:Green fluorescent protein (GFP) is widely used as an excellent reporter molecule and cell biology. Some biochemical and immunological assays require high-purity GFP. in biochemistry However, the majority of current procedures for GFP purification includes multiple time-consuming chromatography steps with a low yield of the desired product or requires tag-containing proteins. In the present work, an alternative method is described for the GFP purification using organic extraction. The method is easily scalable for yielding a highly homogeneous GFP protein indistinguishable in spectroscopic properties from the origin one.
