| 摘 要： | 目的：建立蒙药文冠木中总黄酮成分的提取方法．方法：采用乙醇加热回流提取法．结果：乙醇提取方法与其它提取法相比较有显著差异，增加文冠木总黄酮溶出量可达到94．53％．结论：方法简便可靠，为进一步研究文冠木化学成分奠定了可靠依据．

| Abstract: | By alcohol-heated-and-backstreaming abstraction,total flavones in mongolian medicine Wenguanmu can be extracted.There are obvious differences compared with traditional water abstraction.By this method,the total dissolution amount of flavones can come up to(94.53%.) |
