| 摘 要： | 通过对鞍山市站前商业中心区改造规划与实践的研究,分析了交通环境、空间环境、历史与文化环境在城市商业中心区改造的重塑问题。城市商业中心区的立体交通系统是人车分流的需要,也是商业活动的前提和命脉;“以人为本”的设计理念是商业空间环境的塑造原则;商业中心区的“场所感”和“可识别性”是塑造城市历史与文化环境的重要内容。

| Abstract: | Through a detail study of reform planning and practice of the centre of commercial district in Zhanqian of Anshan city,the remodel issues such as transformation environment,space environment,and history and cultural environment in the transformation of centre of commercial district of city were analyzed.The tree-dimensional transportation sysem is not only the necessity of the seperation between pedestrian and traffic,but also the premise and lifelines of business activities to any centre of commercial district.The design idea of "humanism" is the model principle of commercial space environment;and the "sense of place" and "identity" are important contents to mould historical and cultural value of city. |
