微波滤波器小型化设计

摘    要:分析了广义切比雪夫函数和耦合矩阵综合,提出综合广义切比雪夫函数和阶跃阻抗谐振器设计小型化滤波器.采用同轴阶跃阻抗谐振器设计了中心频率为2.14GHz,带宽为60MHz的交叉耦合滤波器,同时分析了同轴阶跃阻抗谐振器耦合实现方法和电路形式,证明了该方法的可行性,并获得很好的试验结果.同交叉耦合滤波器比较,设计的滤波器体积减小了30%.

Abstract:The generalized Chebyshev function and coupling matrix synthesis is analyzed,and the design method of miniaturization filter by synthesizing with network forms and step-impedance resonator is presented. A cross-coupling filter with center frequency of 2.14GHz and bandwidth of 60 MHz is designed,and an analysis of the realization of the coupling method and circuit form is given.
