| 摘 要： | 统计数据表明，锅炉四管爆漏中，由焊接因素引起的爆漏约占爆漏总数的20％～47％。为此，分析了焊缝爆管的原因，归纳了焊口一般性爆漏的部位，并提出了提高焊接质量的措施。

| Abstract: | The statistical data show that in the burst and leakage of the furnace tubes the burst and leakage caused by the welding factor account for 20 %-47 % of the total amount of the burst and leakage. This paper analyzes on the causes of the welded joint bursting, sums up the location of the general burst and leakage, and puts forward some measures for improving the quality of the welding. |
