| 摘 要： | 中国共产党成立90周年之际,总结我党60多年的执政经验,首先必须明确为谁执政、执的是什么政,这是加强执政能力的前提;其次必须巩固加强社会主义制度的经济基础、阶级基础和思想基础;第三必须坚持党的工人阶级先锋队性质,这是决定性的条件。
