浅析塑料模具的表面强化技术

摘    要:阐述了塑料模具的使用性能,并介绍了几种表面处理技术;通过实验,初步摸索了几种表面强化技术的工艺特点和规律,分析了几种强化效果,并做了对比;实验表明:化学镀镍处理效果很好,不仅硬度高,而且耐蚀性极佳;固体渗氮温度较低,不会影响钢的内部组织,强化效果较好;固体渗硼虽然能获得高硬度表层,但存在一些工艺问题,不好解决;讨论了这些技术的特点和适用范围;指出了固体渗硼工艺存在的问题,并提出了解决方法.

Abstract:Abstract: The p ractical p roperties of p lastic mould are expounded and a few surface - treatment techniques are introduced. A se2 ries of experiments shows that electroless p lating nickel is quite effective technological in that it has high hardness and is excep tionally corrosion - resistant, that the temperature of powder nitriding, compared with that of pack boriding, is lower, hence, powder nitriding does not affect internal structure of steel and treating effect is better and that the pack boriding can contribute to high hardness layer but the corresponding technology p roblems are difficult to be solved. This paper discusses the characteristics and app lication range of these techniques, points out that pack boriding technology has p roblem and puts forward the correspoinding solution
