类胡萝卜素产生菌SCLI营养条件研究

研究了适合于红酵母SCLI生长的营养条件。结果表明 :蔗糖是最好的碳源 ,其浓度为糖浓度为 35g/L ,适宜的氮源是硫酸铵。红酵母SCLI为生物素相对需要型 ,在以糖蜜为碳源时 ,培养基中即使不添加生物素或酵母膏其生长仍良好。摇瓶培养时 ,C/N为 2 .8时细胞产量较高 ,C/N为 4 .0时类胡萝卜素产量较高。

Study of the Nutrient Conditions of the Carotenoid Producer Rhodotorula SCLI

The nutrient conditions suitable for the growth of the Rhodotorula SCLI were studied.The results showed that sugar or molasses was the best carbon source and its concentration was 35 g/L,the (NH 4) 2SO 4 was the best nitrogen source and the Rhodotorula SCLI was relative biotin_need type. The growth of Rhodotorula SCLI cells was very good when the molasses was used as carbon souce even without biotin or yeast extract in medium. In the flask culture, the yield of the Rhodotorula SCLI cells was high when the C/N was 2.8, and the yield of carotenoid was high when the C/N was 4.0.
