间硝基苯胺单晶电学性能研究

摘    要:间硝基苯胺(m-NA)单晶是一种新型极性晶体材料.本文通过实验首次报道了它的非极性轴方向的介电常数、损耗角、交直流电导特性.同时阐明在熔点附近热释电行为.

Abstract:The m-nitroaniline crystal is a new polar crystal material. Single crystal samples with dimentions of 50×40×30mm3 have been grown in our laboratory. Its electrical properties such as the dielectric constant, dc-, ac-resistivity, loss angle in the orientation of no-polar axes, and pyroelectric character near melting point are investigated and cited for the first time.
