摘    要:在以三聚氰胺—甲醛树脂为壁材,用原位聚合法合成压敏显色微胶囊时,聚电解质是必不可少的.文中的聚电解质MS是由马来酸酐和苯乙稀共聚合成,它的大分子碳氢主链以多羧酸和多芳基取代为特征.在胶囊化过程中,聚电解质MS通过电荷效应,使能生成胶囊壁材的三聚氰胺—甲醛预缩体聚拢在胶囊核心的表面,进行原位聚合,所生成的不溶性产物逐步固化为壁材.阐述了该聚电解质的乳化、稳定、催化和定位效应,以及不同马来酸酐—苯乙烯合成比的聚电解质对于微胶囊颗粒大小、气密性、包容量和显色性的影响.

Abstract:The work in this paper concerns the polyelectrolyte MS, which is applied in the manufacture of pressure-sensitive color-developing microcapsule of non-carbon required copy paper. The polyelectrolyte, made by the copolymerization of maleic anhydride and styrene, is characterized by a linear aliphatic hydrocarbon backbone with polysubstitution of carboxyl and aromatic groups. In the encapsulation, the polyelectrolyte can emulsify the core liquid and attract the reactive monomer to the surface of the core droplet, through chemical rection to yield a shell. The effects of polyelectrolytes with 5 different ratios of the copolymers have been discussed and the best ratio has been decided.
