| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了在功率谱分析系统中利用已有的显微系统自动调焦装置进行景物亮度测量、实现显微摄影自动曝光的一种方法。方法中避开了显微摄影系統中一些比较麻烦的未知常数的确定和亮度的标定,而用不太复杂的实验方法实现了曝光参数方程。

| Abstract: | A method of realizing auto-exposure in micrography is introduced. In this method a ready-made auto-focus device in a microscope system is used to measure the luminance of an object in the power spectrum analysis system. An uncomplicated experimental method is used to obtain the exposing parameter equation so as to avoid the determination of some unknown constants and the calibration of luminace. |
