| Abstract: | During the War of Resistance Against Japan,the Communist Party of China enacted and carried out a series of correct policies for developing private industry and commerce which adapted to the situation.These policies reflected the time characteristics with both the content and the form as well as their implementation.They had distinct characteristics and enlightened people a lot. |
