摘    要:报道了R-12蒸气在三维内翅管中的流动冷凝实验,结果表明:与光滑面相比,R-12蒸气在三维内翅管中的凝结换热系数增加了107%,而流阻只增加了18%,并对此进行了相应的分析,建立了预测传热性能和流阻的关联式。

Abstract:The three-dimensional internal spine-fin tube is a new generation of heat transfer tube,in which the enhancement effects of channels,dropwise condensation and extended surface are all incorporated. The experiment of the forced convection condensation of R-12 vapor in threedimensional horizontal internal spine-fin tubes is reported in the present paper. The results show that as compared with the case of smooth tubes,the condensation heat transfer coefficient of R-12 in the tubes is increased by 107 %,and the flow resistance is increased only by 18 %. So the threeudimensional internal spine-fin tube is an advanced heat transfer enhancement tube with notable energysaving effect. The corresponding analysis is carried out and the correlations for predicting the heat transfer performance and the flow resistance are established.
