《畜产品加工》课堂教学方法刍议

摘    要:文章针对畜产品加工课堂的沉闷,单调,不能适应目前高校大众教育的现象提出建议:以改进传统的讲授教学方法为主,合理利用现代教学手段,适当借鉴国外的教学方法。

Abstract:This article analysis the questions in Livestock product processing curriculum,which can not adapt with the present popular education in university.And suggested: improves the tradition Lectures teaching,to use the modern multimedia reasonably,profits from the overseas teaching method suitably.
