摘    要:假单胞菌(Pseudomonassp.)SH1菌株能以苯甲酸、邻羟基苯甲酸、间羟基苯甲酸、对羟基苯甲酸和苯乙酸为唯一碳源和能源生长.研究了温度、pH、Ca2 、Mg2 、氮源和碳源浓度以及微量元素对SH1菌株生长的影响.在优化培养条件下SH1菌株在48h内对上述5种化合物的降解率分别为95%、95%、95%、93%和87%.讨论了苯甲酸分子中取代基的位置和大小与生物降解性的关系

Abstract:Pseudomonas sp. strain SH1 is able to utilize benzoate, o hydroxybenzoate, m hydroxybenzoate, p hydroxybenzoate and phenzylacetate as the sole carbon and energy sources for its growth. The effects of temperature, pH, Ca 2 , Mg 2 , concentration of nitrogen source, concentration of carbon source and trace elements on the growth of strain SH1 were studied. The degradative rates of above|mentioned five compounds by strain SH1 under optimum conditions were 93%,94%,92%,94% and 84%, respectively. The relationship between positions and sizes of substituted groups of benzoate molecules and biodegradability was discussed.
