| 摘 要： | 用透射电镜对南黄大麦幼叶细胞的超微结构进行的研究表明，细胞的代谢活性旺盛，但叶绿体的发育极其简单，没有基粒类囊体，更不具基粒的垛叠，只见初始的少量基质片层和嗜锇颗粒．

| Abstract: | The ultrasture of the young leaf cells of Nanchong Yellowsish Barley has been studied with the electromicroscope.The results indicate the exuberantg metabolism of cells,but elementary development of the chloroplasts,no granum thylakoid and grana,only a few stroma lamellae and the osmiophilic globules. |
