艾草抑菌抗炎作用研究

摘    要:研究艾草(Artemisia argyi)水煎液的抑菌抗炎作用。用试管二倍稀释法和牛津杯法测定艾草水煎液的最低抑菌浓度(Minimum Inhibitory Concentration,MIC)、最低杀菌浓度(Minimum Bactericidal Concentration,MBC)和抑菌直径;用乙酸致小白鼠毛细血管通透试验、二甲苯致小白鼠耳肿胀试验及小白鼠棉球肉芽肿增生试验测定艾草抗炎效果。结果表明艾草具有一定的抑菌抗炎作用,艾草对大肠杆菌的MIC和MBC分别为0.125和0.25 g/mL;艾草水煎液(1.0 g/L)对大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径为16.622 mm,为高度敏感。艾草高、中、低浓度组对小白鼠毛细血管通透性增高的抑制率分别是29.107%、27.143%和16.607%;艾草高、中、低浓度组对小白鼠耳肿胀抑制率分别是25.045%、21.779%和5.082%;艾草高、中、低浓度组对小白鼠肉芽肿增生抑制率分别是19.990%、9.101%和2.611%。这表明艾草具有一定的抑菌抗炎作用,且抑菌抗炎作用在有限范围内随药物浓度增加而增加。

Abstract:Antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects of Artemisia argyi was studied. Tube dilution method and oxford cup method were used to determine inhibition zone, minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC), Peritoneal capillary permeability test, Auricle swelling test and cotton-pellet granuloma test in mice were used to observe the anti-inflammatory effect of A. argyi. The MIC and MBC of A. argyi decoction against Escherichia coli were 0.125 and 0.25 g/mL, respectively, and the diameters of the inhibition zone was 16.622 mm, which was highly sensitive. The inhibitory rates of A. argyi decoction against capillaries permeability in high, medium and low dose groups respectively were 29.107%, 27.143% and 16.607%, and which were 25.045%, 21.779% and 5.082% against auricle swelling, 19.990%, 9.101% and 2.611% against granuloma hyperplasia, respectively. It could be concluded that A. argyi had a certain antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effect, which was positively correlated with dosages.
