| Abstract: | A new technique from which the ZrO2 ultrafine powder can be prepared with sol-precipitation method (NH4HCO3-Precipitant) has been worked out. The optimal technique parameters are: solution concentration 1.0 mol/L; pH=5; total PVA quantity used in deposition and drying w(PVA)=10 %; Calcine technology 600 ℃×2 h. The particle size of ZrO2 powder prepared with this technique is 0.42 μm. |
