摘    要:在光子相关光谱(photon correlation spectroscopy,简称PCS)颗粒测量技术中,由于不同粒径颗粒的散射光强分布差异巨大,导致在多分散颗粒系中,进行颗粒粒度分布(particle size distribution,简称PSD)测量时,某些占有足够多数量的颗粒,由于其散射光强度相对微弱而被忽视,从而影响粒度分布的计算结果.

Abstract:The photon correlation spectroscopy (PCS) method is used to measure the polydisperse polystyrene particle sizes and size distribution. Because the differences in scattering light intensity for different particles are so big that the scattering light intensity for certain portion of particles is too weak to be detected when the particle size distributions (PSD) of the polydisperse particle samples are measured. Consequently, the final calculated results of the PSD can be affected by the differences in scattering light intensity.
