加强教学管理提高函授教育质量的几点浅见

函授教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分，它对培养一大批各行各业人才、对在职人员提高专业能力、对转岗人员调整智能结构均有十分重要意义和作用。函授教育的质量是办学的生命线，而加强教学管理则是提高教育质量的关键之一。文章针对函授教育与函授生的特点，通过对函授教育薄弱环节原因的分析，提出了相应的教学管理措施，以实现有计划、有步骤提高教育质量的目的。

A Study on Strengthening Educational Management and Improving Qu ality of Correspondence Education

Correspondence education is an important component of China's higher education.In the new century,it plays an important role in training talents in various fields,improving the specialty ability of the in service staff and adjusting the intellectual structure of the re employed personnel.Quality of correspondence education is regarded as the life line of adult education and strengthening educational management is the key to improving educational quality.In the light of the characteristics of correspondence education and its students,the paper puts forward,on the basis of analysis of the weak points in correspondence education, relevant educational management measures,so as to improve educational quality step by step.
