| 摘 要： | 我国著作权法规定著作权即版权,但长期以来,人们误认为“著作权”指作者的权利．“版权”指出版者的权利,以致有报刊社认为“版权所有”,常在其出版物上登载“未经本社许可,不得转载”之类的声明,剥夺了作者应有的权利,影响了作品的传播面,因此,准确理解“著作权即版权”对普及著作权法十分必要。

| Abstract: | According to our Laws of the Author's Rights: The author's right is also called the copyright.But in everyday life,by mistake people think that the author's right belongs to the authors,copyright belongs to the publishers.So some offices of newspapers and journals published "No magazines or newspapers may reprint without our permission".As a result,the author's right is prived and the works spreading is limited.It is necessary to begin with the key concepts in popularizing the elementary knowledge of the Laws of the Author's Rights. |
