Discussion on the Guidance Functions of University Librarians on the Part-time Job Students

In the light of the difficult employment of university students caused by the increased enrollment of universities and the situation that the Employing units require the employees must have certain working experiences,this paper introduces how the circulation librarians of university library to carry out the guidance of professional quality,continuous learning and lifelong learning for the part-time job students through their verbal instructions and behavioral examples.
