摘    要:研究盐胁迫对大白菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响以及不同浓度的水杨酸(SA)对盐害的缓解作用.试验结果显示,不同浓度的SA能够提高盐胁迫环境下大白菜种子的发芽势和发芽率,提高大白菜幼苗的叶绿素含量及可浓性糖含量,降低植物组织中丙二醛含量.通过实验,确定缓解盐害的水杨酸的最适浓度为1.0mmol/L,当水杨酸浓度超过3.0mmol/L时,对作物生长有抑制作用.

Abstract:This paper studies the effect of salt stress on the germination of Chinese cabbage seeds and mitigation effect of salicylic acid on salt stress. The result shows that different concentrations of SA can improve the rate of germ inability and germination of the seed of Chinese cabbage under salt stress, increase the content of chlorophyll and concentrated sugar of Chinese cabbage seedling, and reduce MDA content in plant tissue. The experiment substantiates that the most appropriate concentration of mitigation effect of salicylic acid on salt stress injuries in Chinese cabbage seedlings is 1 mmol/L. If the concentration of salicylic acid is more than 3 retool/L, it will inhibit the growth of seeding.
