| 摘 要： | 小功率西门子6RA7018直流调速器具有控制效果好和价格相对低廉的特点，通过增容改造，保留原有的全数字控制优势，重新选择合适的功率单元和励磁单元，增加脉冲功率放大板和检测回路，并进行调试刷机和参数设定，使之实现价格高昂的西门子6RA70大功率直流调速器的调速功能．通过在某棒材厂轧机生产线上应用，改造后的大功率直流调速装置控制精度高，响应速度快，运行稳定可靠，项目经济效益明显．

| Abstract: | Siemens 6RA7018 small power DC speed regulator has a good control effect and relatively inexpensive features, through capacity-increasing and transformation, the original advantage of full digital control is retained, the appropriate power units and field units are re-selected, pulse power amplifier board and detection loops are increased, and brush and parameter settings are debugged. Speed control function of the high cost of Siemens 6RAT0 high-power DC speed regulator is realized. The speed control function is applied on a bar mill rolling mill production line. After the transformation, the high-power DC speed regulator has many advantages, such as high control precision, fast response, stable and reliable operation, project economic benefits obviously, and so on. |
