| Abstract: | According to the learning characteristics of national primary and middle school students and the instructions about modern distance education of the ministry of education, the article proposes to construct web-based interschool collaborative learning, introduces the meaning of web-based interschool collaborative learning and the necessities of its construction. It also illustrated on how to effectively carry out web-based interschool collaborative learning. |
