| 摘 要： | 提出了用于薄钢板拼接的一次压平电容储能焊工艺，并根据被焊板材的物理性能、尺寸及一次压平焊的接头形式，设计了相应的电容储能焊机功率。通过实焊试验证明了该焊接工艺及设备对于薄钢板或镀锌钢板拼接的可行性。

| Abstract: | The capacitor discharge mash resistance welding used for joining thin steel sheet was put forward. According to the physics parameters and size of sheet and type of mash resistance welding joint, the power of the stored welding machine was designed. The welding experiment proves the possibility of this welding technology and equipment for joining of thin steel sheet or zinc-coated steel sheet. |
