含油污水处理工艺改进技术研究

摘    要:结合大庆杏北油田普通污水处理站的工艺流程,对含油污水处理过程中深度污水站达标率低、滤料反洗再生效果差的问题进行分析。针对油田污水处理站提出含油污水处理工艺流程改进方案。改造后,对含油污水处理工艺改造效果进行研究分析。研究结果表明:(1)核桃壳、石英砂滤罐的改造使反冲洗效果得到改善;(2)核桃壳滤罐的改造使罐群余压反冲洗得以实现,简化了地面工艺;(3)提高普通污水站滤后水质,优化深度污水站反洗工艺,可减少深度污水站一级过滤工艺。

Abstract:To analyze the problems which are lower reaching standard rate and the poor effect of backwashing and regenerated filter material in oily wastewater treatment process of depth wastewater stations by combining with technological process of common wastewater treatment stations in Daqing Xingbei Oilfield, improvement scheme of technological process for wastewater treatment was proposed in view of oilfield wastewater treatment stations. The reconstruction effect of wastewater treatment process was studied and analyzed after the reconstruction. The results show that: (1) the walnut shell-filters and quartz sand filters reconstructed make the backwash effect improve. (2) the overpressure backwash of filter groups was realized by the reconstruction of the walnut shell-filters, and the ground process is simplified.(3) the primary filtration process of depth stations is decreased by improving the quality of the water filtered of common wastewater stations and optimizing backwash process of depth wastewater stations.
