| 摘 要： | 依托企业搞培训，创造专业培训基地，将学校和企业两种不同的教育环境和教育资源合一，以校企一体快速提高培训主体的职业能力，使在校的技能培训与在企业实际工作的职业经历有机结合，形成产教一体的特色化成人培训体系，是成人教育走出困境的重要出路，也是提高企业竞争力，创建特色化的以能力为本位、产教结合培养模式的关键所在。
