破解"农民工"难题的对策与选择

农民工问题一直是全社会关注的热点问题。农民工已成为我国产业工人的组成部分,是工业化、城镇化、现代化的重要推动力量。农民工对我国经济社会发展,尤其是农村发展有着不可忽视的影响,但目前依然存在着就业服务缺位、拖欠工资、权益缺乏保障、公共服务严重不足、农民工素质偏低等不容忽视的问题,只有实施为农民工提供公共服务、保护农民工权益、创建农民工工会组织、发挥农民工阶层的政治作用等政策措施,才能实现城乡统筹发展战略。

The Solution to the Hard Problem of "Peasant Laborers"

The problem of "peasant laborer"is a hot issue in the society.It is generally believed that peasant laborers are part of Chinese labor force and the driving power of China's industrialization,urbanization and modernization.It is pointed out that peasant laborers play an important role in Chinese economic and social development,especially the rural development.Then the problems like lack of employment service,being behind in payment,lack of right assurance,poor public service,and the peasant laborers' poor quality are analyzed objectively.Lastly,in order to solve these problems,some practical policies are proposed and discussed in detail.
