| 摘 要： | 江南学院（老江南大学）董事会成立三年来,根据“互惠、互利、互动”的原则,把推动产、学、研的结合作为工作重点,把开放办学作为地方性大学办学的重要渠道,积极开展工作,取得不少成效,并在工作实际中积累了不少有益的经验。

| Abstract: | Since its founding three years ago, the Board of Directors of Jiangnan College,in line with the principle of "mutual benefit", has been focusing on the combination of "production, acdemic pursuit and research". Adopting the open door policy,the Board opens an important channel for the building of a university with local characteristics and in the past years,it has gained a lot of valuable experiences. |
