掺杂钨丝再结晶反常行为的研究

摘    要:本文用光学显微镜、扫描和透射电镜观察了国产纯钨丝和掺杂钨丝退火后的显微结构及断口形貌,测定了它们的抗张强度和显微硬度,结果表明,和纯钨丝相比,掺杂钨丝的再结晶过程反常:其一次再结晶不完全,生成一种类纤维组织,引起二次再结晶晶粒不连续爆发式聚合长大,在粗大的二次再结晶晶粒之间形成了一种特殊的燕尾状搭接结构。作者认为,沿晶界及晶内紧密排列的气泡列,阻碍了晶界迁移和位错的重排,是引起掺杂钨丝再结晶过程反常的主要原因。

Abstract:In this work, the microstructure and the fracture morphology of the home-made pure and doped annealed tungsten wire were investigated by means of the optical metallography, SEM and TEM. Their streched strengh and microhardness were also determined. The results show that the recrystallization process of the doped tungsten wire appears unusual, while compared with that of the pure wire. Their primary recrystallization is imperfect. A pseudo fibrous structure is formed, and the grain growth of the secondary recrystallization is discontinuous, striking and collective. A particular swallow-tailed overlapping structure is formed between the huge grain of the secondary recrystallization. It is suggested by the author that it was the tightly arranged rows of the bubbles along the boudery and intergrain that impeded the removal of the boudery and the rearrangement of dislocation.
