辽西产酸枣中氨基酸及化学成份的分析

摘    要:对辽西(朝阴凤凰山)产酸枣的枣仁和果肉,用化学法、GC、GC/MS等方法进行了化学结构测定及定性定量分析和营养成份的分析。从果肉乙醇提取物中,确定出15种化学成份。从枣仁乙醚提取物及其残渣的乙醇提取物中分别确定出8种和7种化学成份。10-十八碳烯醛和10,13-二十碳烯酸甲酯是从枣仁乙醇提取物中首次发现的。在果肉中分析出17种氨基酸。

Abstract:Qualitative, quantitative, chemical structural and nutrient constituent analyses of hard core and the edible part of Zizyphusjujuba Mill fruit were performed by chemical, GC and GC/MS methods, 15 kinds of chemical constituents were identified from the extract extracted from the edible part of the fruit with ethyl alcohol. 7 and 8 kinds of chemical constituents were identified from the extract extracted from hard core of the fruit with ether and the extract of the residue of the former with ethyle alcohol; respectively, 10-octadecene aldehyde and 10, 13-eicosadienoic methyl ester were discovered first. 17 kinds of aminoacids were analyzed from the edible part of the fruit.
