摘    要:用作者合成的新型大环化合物作为增敏剂,示波极谱法测定镉和铅。镉和铅分别在-0.47V和-0.63V产生灵敏的示波导数极谱峰,检出限分别为2.0×10-8mol·dm-3和7.8×10-9mol·dm-3。选择最佳实验条件,探讨了大环化合物的增敏机理。方法用于测定8种不同烟草样品中的镉和铅,结果满意

Abstract:In this paper,Cd and pb were determined in the solution of NH 4Ac+KI+HCI by the oscillopolarogrophy.The new synthesized macrocycle 7,12 diaza 4,5:14,15 dibenzo 3,16 dioxa 21 thiabiscyclo henicosa 18,20 diene(L)has been used as an adsorption incrementer.We have set up the optimum experiment condition and studied the increment mechanism of the macrocycle L.The linear ranges of determining Cd and pb are 4.0×10 -8 ~3.2×10 -6 mol·dm -3 and 2.0×10 -8 ~4.0×10 -6 mol·dm -3 respectively.The detection limits of Cd and pb are 2.0×10 -8 mol·dm -3 and 7.8×10 -9 mol·dm -3 respectively.The contents of Cd and pb in eight tobaccos are determined by proposed method and the results are satisfactory.
