| 摘 要： | 针对我国企业实现敏捷化的要求，提出了技术预投的概念，并指出技术预投是敏捷化企业新产品开发的模式。通过对影响技术预投因素的分析，探索技术预投的方法，阐明技术预投是实现企业敏捷生产的重要途径。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the demand for the realization of the enterprise agility in the country, this paper advances a concept of technology pre interjection, and also points out that technology pre interjection is the model for the agile enterprises to develop new products. Through the analysis of the factors affecting technology pre interjection, it probes into the methods of pre interjection and describes that technology pre interjection is an important approach to achieve the agile production of the enterprises. |
