| 摘 要： | 应用扫描电镜及光学显微镜对食肉动物大灵猫(Viverra zibetha)、小灵猫(Viverricula indica)、果子狸(Paguma larvata)和豹猫(Felis bengalensis)的背部、腹部、颈部和臀部直针毛的鳞片类型进行观察。结果表明:毛鳞片形态在科间、属间和种间存在差异,同一种类身体不同部位毛的鳞片形态也有差异,同一根毛的不同部位也存在差异。用毛的显微形态学特征对4种动物进行识别具有可行性,但有一定的难度。

| Abstract: | A study of scale pattern of straight guard hair's from the back,the abdomen,the neck and the hip of Large Indian civet(Viverra zibetha),Small Indian civet(Viverricula indica),Masked palm civet(Paguma larvata) and Leopard cat(Felis bengalensis) was conducted by scanning electronic microscope and optics microscope.The result showed that there were differences in the scale pattern between families,genera and species,the differences were also found in different parts of the same animal and different parts of the same hair.The four mammals would be distinguished by analyzing the micro-structural morphologic characters of their hair,but there existed difficulty were distinguished identification. |
