摘    要:针对我国聘约标准长期缺失的客观事实,探讨了聘约标准的基本内容和构建原则、方法及应注意的问题,并简要讨论了如何合理、科学地使用聘约标准。

Abstract:In the light of the objective fact of the long-term shortage of the employment contract standard in China, this paper probes into the basic contents, construction principles and methods of the employment contract and some matters needing attention in the construction of the employment contract, and discusses on how to make rational and scientific use of the employment contract.
