摘    要:随着高校人事制度改革的不断深入,建立与之相适应的客观、公正、有效的绩效考核体系是当务之急。因此进行绩效考核的理论和实践的研究与探讨,有着重要的现实意义。结合广东某些高校年度考核实践,分析高校绩效考核工作的现状及若干存在问题,总结其实施的效果,研究了相关绩效考核的理论、方法、实践和应注意的问题,提出了解决问题的对策。

Abstract:As the deep reform in personnel regulations in universities, establishing an objective, fair and effective evaluation system in universities is top priority. Accordingly, exploring and studying the theories and practice on performance appraisal has important realistic significance. The current situation and existing problems of the performance appraisal are analyzed, and the implementation results from practice are summed up. Furthermore, some countermeasures are put forward.
