摘    要:提出了一种Nb微合金钢中固溶Nb和非固溶Nb定量测定的方法。该方法包括化学溶解、过滤分离和电感耦合等离子光谱分析等步骤。结果表明:利用该方法可以准确地分析钢中固溶Nb的含量。该方法可以用于研究Nb在加热过程的溶解行为、热变形过程中析出行为,为定量研究Nb在钢中的作用提供一个有效的途径。

Abstract:A quantitative analysis method is developed to study the content of soluble Nb and undissolved Nb in Nb-bearing steels. The test procedure involves chemical dissolution,filtration and Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopic(ICPAES) analysis.The data by the method prove to match well with the original content,suggesting a potential application in the Nb dissolution and precipitation behaviors during steel reheating and hot deformation processes.
