甘草属核型的数量分析及其分类学意义

摘    要:在平均欧氏距离系数基础上,运用UPGMA法,对甘草属12个类群的核型资料进行了Q型聚类分析.根据分析结果,我们认为依据荚果长短和曲直,将甘草属分为长果组和短果组,在一定程度上反映了各类群的亲缘和进化关系.由于核型在种内不同居群之间的分化有时比种间更显著,因而不应作为确定种的主要依据.

Abstract:In this paper,based on average Eucli dean distance coefficient,using UPGMA,Q cluster analysis for karyotype of 12taxa in g enes glycyrrhiza L.have been conducted.According to the result,we proposed that the genes glycyrrhiza L.should be divided into two section s such as sect.Longileguminaris and sect.brevileguminaris depending on the length and winding d egree of the legume,and this method could reflec t the evolutionary relationship of s pecies in some way.However,karyotype analysis should not be regarded as the main characters in establishing a species,for its variation in different populations of a species is sometimes more notable than that in different species.
