| 摘 要： | 对韩国“孝”伦理思想进行了回溯性的历史探源，并以家族式企业为例对“孝”伦理思想在韩国社会中发挥出的巨大文化张力及负面效应进行了分析。在此基础上阐述了“孝”伦理在韩国社会中产生的强大社会功能给我们的启示：要促使“孝”等传统伦理的回归，教育是基础，科学的扬弃是前提。
