提出循环经济供应链的概念及运行模式，并在这种供应链运行模式下研究采购问题。为减少供应链的经济成本和环境成本，从两方面对采购管理进行优化：一方面，优选环保型和再利用再循环的原材料；另一方面，完善过去的采购方式。采用联合采购，减少采购成本。

Research on the Purchase Problems Under the Recycle Economy-Supply Chain Management

The paper presents the conception and the circulate mode of the recycle economy-supply china management, the purchase is studied under it. In order to reduce the economic and environment cost of the supply chain, there are two ways on the purchase, one is to select the recycle materials which is in favor of the environment protection; the other is to adopt the united purchase which can reduce the cost of purchase.
