摘    要:从前,艺术品多被有钱或有势之家收藏,除非与他们有某种关系或者作为其食客幕僚以外,一般民众是看不到的。1929年民国时期教育部主办的第一次全国美术展览会,从组筹到实现的整个过程中采取的一系列举措,可以说在一定程度上打破了艺术品秘不示人的陋习,强烈地显示出美术大众化、社会化的文化意识。

Abstract:In the past,works of art were only collections of rich or powerful people,only their guests could have the chance to have a look at them,ordinary people never had.In 1929,the Ministry of Education sponsored the first national fine arts exhibition,breaking to some extent the vulgar customs of no displaying them,and demonstrating the cultural notion that fine arts should be popularized and socialized.
