论商务英语翻译策略中的文化差异因素

中国与英语语言国家由于在地理、历史、气候、经济发展等诸多因素方面的不同,在文化上有很大的差异,这种文化差异体现在社会生活的多个方面。文章通过分析中英文化差异及其对商务英语翻译的影响,提出在翻译时应注重中西文化信息的传译,从而准确地表达商务英语不同语篇的涵义,并探讨商务英语的翻译策略,使译文与原文在功能上等效。

On Cultural Differences and Translation Strategies for Business English

There are many differences between China and English-spoken countries,which are caused by the geography,history,weather and economic development,etc.This paper analyzes the differences between Chinese and Western culture and its influence towards business English translation.This paper puts forward the idea that the interpreters should focus on the cultural differences,accurately express the meaning of Business English in different discourse and explore the translation strategies of business English,so that translation is functionally equivalent with the original.
