| Abstract: | With its unique geographical location,Yongzhou took over successions of relegated officials,especially in the Song Dynasty the number amounted to 47.This phenomenon reflects the Song＇s political and social characteristics of ＂Government by civilians＂,and created Yongzhou＇s unique local culture as well. |
